My name is Becca, I was born in Invercargill, New Zealand, in 1989 but have lived in Dunedin, New Zealand for the majority of my life. I love driving around New Zealand taking photos. There is so many beautiful things to see.
I have had an interest in art for several years now, I took classes in art, graphics and design at high school and recently completed my Diploma in Digital Photography through the Southern Institute of Technology.
My favourite things to photograph include architecture (at night), bugs (butterflies, bumble bees, spiders), flowers and wildlife. I also enjoy taking portraits of people and landscapes.
My goal in photography is to create natural images of the world and the creatures that live in it. I do not specialise in one particular area as there is nothing that I wouldn’t photograph as everything has beauty in it, sometimes it is just harder to see it.
In the near future I would also like to do some arty, alternative, fantasy type photography, romance/sensual erotic photography and also beauty photography with make up artists, tattoo artists and body painters.
This website was created to show my work and it is a work in progress. It is not complete and will probably never be complete as I will be forever updating it. 🙂
I would love to hear from anyone who has any cool ideas for things to photograph or just have some comments or constructive criticism, I am always up for learning new ways to do things and to make things work/look better.
Thank you. 🙂
Keep it up 🙂
Thanks. 🙂
Here’s a cool idea, what about taking photos of underwater stuff like reefs, fish, shark ?
I would love to do that, it’s definitely on the cards for the future. 🙂
Hi,
Thanks for following my art page. I really like your duck photo at the top of your page- esp the red of the beak. All the best. Paul!
Thanks heaps, swans are beautiful 🙂 I enjoyed browsing your drawing blog. 🙂
What a wonderful blog!
Thanks 🙂
some of us here are finn fans. could we number ye amongst them as well?
Hello Utahan :), please forgive me but what is a “Finn fan”?
someone whom embraces the musical talent of either Mr Neil or his brother Tim Finn from the nation of New Zeland.
This is a little embarrassing, I’m editing my comment as I was thinking of the wrong musicians yesterday, yes there are many great Finn songs (I just am really bad with names and didn’t know the songs I do like were theirs until my husband pointed a couple out) 🙈
